Terms & Conditions

All travel services are subject to confirmation of itinerary, location, availability, inclusions, exclusions, accessibility and cancellation terms before purchase. Example catalogue entries do not confirm that a guided tour, ticket or transport service is currently available.

Customers should check travel arrangements and applicable entry requirements. Nothing excludes mandatory UK consumer rights. Package travel rules may apply to certain combinations of travel services and must be assessed before offering such arrangements.
