Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation eligibility varies by the service and booking type. Certain leisure services booked for a specific date may not have the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty or misdescribed services and digital content remain subject to applicable statutory rights. Confirm the applicable cancellation terms before booking.
